Man Robs Bank by UNM Campus

The FBI and Albuquerque Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the Black Mask Bandit who is responsible for a bank robbery on Friday, July 8, 2022.

At approximately 4:53 p.m., an unknown male entered US Bank, located at 3000 Central Ave. SE. The suspect presented a demand note to a teller. The robber received an undisclosed sum of money and left the bank on foot heading east.

Suspect’s Description:

Sex: Male

Race: White or Hispanic

Age: 20s-30s

Height: 5’11”

Build: Slender

Hair: Black

Clothing: Short-sleeve black shirt, black mask, gray pants, dark shoes.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this suspect.
